The web design and SEO (search engine optimization) component of my skills consists of working with HTML & CSS coding in Adobe Dreamweaver. My SEO website optimization skills have come from a variety of classes I studied at Ithaca College in online marketing and also having hands on experience with ‘Google Webmaster Tools’ through managing the Cruisepilot partnered by Virgin Blue website for two years.

The goal for this website and brand was ‘exposure’ with a large focus on building search traffic through a well structured site. The strong partnership between Cruisepilot and Virgin Blue provided a strategic opportunity to build a recognizable user interface with a link building strategy from the virginblue.com.au retail website. My role in the project consisted of working on the design & SEO with a senior web designer Paul Jaques also developing the site architecture & writing content whilst liaison with the team at Virgin Blue.
